Seminars & Workshops
Project management is not learnt from a textbook – it is learnt through experience.
Resultment's training format combines solid methodological knowledge with hands-on simulations and interactive workshops. Participants work on realistic project scenarios, make decisions under pressure and reflect together on what worked – and what did not.
Your trainer is Michael Brokmann: more than 25 years of hands-on project experience, a long-standing trainer at Siemens AG and lecturer at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. You learn from someone who has applied these methods in real projects – not from a career trainer alone.
All seminars are available as in-house training or open-enrolment events. Individual adaptation to your industry and maturity level is a matter of course.
